Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive Operations (Logistics) to manage shipping and documentation, ensuring compliance with import/export rules. You will work with Customer Service and Sales to resolve client issues, organize truck loads, and optimize routing for efficiency and profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics, strong problem solving, and proficiency with MS Office. Mandarin speakers are preferred and cross-department liaison is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong problem solving and planning abilities.
• Mandarin speakers preferred to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of shipping and logistics documents in compliance with import/export regulations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to resolve client issues.
• Organize truck loads and routing schedules for efficiency.
• Review shipping documents for contract terms and obtain approvals for payments.
• Monitor vehicle movement and costs; optimize routes and utilization.
• Prepare logistics reports for upper management.
