Job summary

Global Parcel Service, a growing logistics group expanding in ASEAN, seeks a Senior Logistics Executive with strong relationship management and cost-saving negotiation skills. The candidate will coordinate with vendors, customers, and finance to optimize shipping patterns and retention across international operations.

The role requires robust logistics experience, a university degree, and fluency in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics.
• University degree with good command of English; Chinese is advantageous.
• Rigorous, well organized and detail-oriented; able to work under pressure with senior leadership.
• Open-minded and fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor, carrier, and customer relationships.
• Negotiate rates with vendors for long-term cost savings.
• Proactively identify and offer value-added solutions to existing customers.
• Collaborate with finance to review shipping patterns and boost client retention.
• Coordinate globally and manage cross-country bookings.
• Leverage internal databases and networks for problem solving and crisis management.
• Prepare onboarding SOPs for new customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Title: Senior Logistics Executive

Job Description:

• Vendor, carriers, and customers relationship management.
• Rate negotiation with vendor for long term cost saving.
• Proactive in identifying and offering value added solution to existing customers.
• Collaborate with finance department to review client shipping pattern to increase client retention rates.
• Global Coordination and cross-country booking experience.
• Resourcefulness by utilize internal database, industry network for problem solving and crisis management.
• New Customer onboarding SOP preparation.
• Performing all other duties, activities, and responsibilities assigned by the superior whenever necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Working experience of at least 5 years in logistics industry
• University degree with good command of English , speaking Chinese is advantageous.;
• rigorous, well organized and detail-oriented in the work, and able to work under pressure under the senior leadership
