What You'll Do:
As a Logistics Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless handling of logistics operations both locally and internationally. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating shipments, managing documentation, liaising with clients and network agents, as well as ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate shipment processes: Oversee shipments from start to finish, including trucking, air freight, and sea freight operations to ensure smooth delivery.
Manage shipping documentation: Prepare and handle essential documents such as invoices, permits, contracts, and customs clearance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with local and international network agents: Work closely with logistics partners and agents to ensure efficient communication and operational alignment across borders.
Prepare delivery schedules: Create accurate schedules for shipments while ensuring goods are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
Maintain accurate tracking of goods: Monitor shipments using tracking systems, ensuring regular updates on the movement and status of goods.
Resolve logistical issues efficiently: Address challenges and provide quick, effective solutions to operational or client-related issues.
Ensure compliance with regulations: Stay updated, and ensure adherence to local and international rules, customs policies, and legal requirements related to logistics.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders: Work as a bridge between teams and partners to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required for international (China sites) communications.
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
