7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Berhad, via its subsidiary 7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn Bhd, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead growth initiatives across retail, FMCG, manufacturing, e-commerce, and supply chain sectors. The role requires 8–12 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in commercial management, strategic accounts, and large-scale negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience within logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain.
• Experience in business development, commercial management, strategic account management, and customer acquisition.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and developing long-term business relationships.
• Experience handling large-scale accounts, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
• Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within retail, FMCG, manufacturing, e-commerce, and supply chain sectors.
• Build, manage, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and strategic customers.
• Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support revenue growth.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor industry developments, trends, and competitor activities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Lead commercial discussions, RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions.
• Develop customer-focused logistics solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for account expansion and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated logistics solutions.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers to improve retention and maximize opportunities.
• Provide regular updates on market developments, pipeline performance, and opportunities.
