Job summary

7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior Inventory Manager to own and coordinate all inventory related transactions, cycle counts and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and strong stock availability across warehouses and transport operations. You will coach, train and monitor users, collaborate with Finance and IT on inventory initiatives, and manage consumable inventory and delivery equipment.

A Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years’ experience with at least 2 years in team

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of responsible experience in related field.
2 years of team management experience.
Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse/transport operations.
Exposure to Put To Light and SAP would be an added advantage.
Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage inventory related transactions, activities, reconciliation, cycle counting and inventory accuracy.
Owner of relevant KPIs related to inventory and inventory activities.
Coach, train and monitor users for stability and improvements in inventory operations.
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams on inventory initiatives.
Manage consumable inventory requirements and replenishment for warehouse and transport operations.
Track, reconcile and report delivery equipment (e.g., food and milk trays).
Oversee end-to-end warehouse or transport operations.
Lead large multi-background teams.
