Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive, Livestream to lead the Livestream team and drive operational excellence across regional campaigns. This role focuses on mentoring broadcasters, optimizing workflows, and acting as the senior technical lead during live broadcasts.

You will coordinate production calendars with creative, talent, and engineering teams, enforce SOPs, and analyze multi-channel performance to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in live production with leadership experience.
• Strong technical mastery of OBS, vMix, and broadcast hardware.
• Experience with TikTok Live and Shopee Live ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Livestream Executives and drive accountability.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable coaching.
• Oversee scheduling, resources, and talent for regional broadcasts.
• Define SOPs for equipment, OBS, and host prep.
• Serve as senior technical lead during live broadcasts.
• Coordinate master production calendars with stakeholders.
• Ensure QA standards for high-quality, brand-safe broadcasts.
• Manage streaming hardware inventory and procurement.
