Job summary

Intrepid Asia Malaysia is hiring a Video & Content Lead to oversee livestream production and studio operations for multiple brand accounts. You will lead technical setup, ensure high-quality broadcasts, and supervise production teams in a fast-paced ecommerce livestream environment.

The role requires hands‑on expertise with OBS/vMix, camera, lighting and audio, plus collaboration with hosts and account managers to deliver engaging content and meet campaign objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of livestream production experience in ecommerce or digital media.
• Hands-on experience with OBS, vMix, and live streaming software.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop and Shopee Live platforms.
• Proven ability to supervise production teams and maintain studio readiness.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical setup and execution of livestream sessions across brand accounts.
• Ensure high-quality production with camera, lighting, audio, and scene transitions.
• Manage production workflows and real-time troubleshooting.
• Standardise quality across brands with consistent configurations.
• Supervise Production Assistants and coordinate schedules.
• Collaborate with hosts and account managers to align campaigns.
