AnyMind Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Executive for the Human Livestream Team to drive operational excellence and lead regional live broadcasts. You will mentor a team, optimize workflows, and serve as the senior operational lead for campaigns, ensuring quality and brand-safe delivery.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong technical oversight of OBS and vMix, and collaboration with regional market leads to align strategy with execution. Mandarin is a plus for cross-border work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in live production, broadcasting, or live e-commerce operations with leadership experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Livestream Execs to maintain accountability and high performance.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct coaching and performance check-ins for continuous improvement.
• Oversee scheduling, resource distribution, and talent coordination for regional live broadcasts.
