Job summary

Sunway Property seeks an experienced professional to drive occupancy for its residential and commercial properties, aligning with group goals. You will plan, promote, lease, and monitor occupancy while coordinating with internal teams to implement retail development concepts.

Requirements include a degree in property management or related field, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in property leasing or management.
• Degree or professional qualification in Property/Estate Management, Business Admin, Marketing or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; Mandarin fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, lease, and monitor occupancy for company and buyer properties to meet business goals.
• Source and implement marketing and leasing campaigns/events to boost occupancy and brand.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, agents, media, and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgeted leasing activities and events for efficiency and results.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams on retail development concepts and standards.
• Conduct market and competitor research and collect customer insights.
• Coordinate defect inspections and ensure timely rectifications with contractors and PM.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
