Job summary

OSK Property Holdings Berhad is seeking a Leasing Executive to manage leasing operations for both commercial and residential spaces in Malaysia. You will drive occupancy, communicate and negotiate with tenants and prospects, and handle leasing documentation and reporting.

You will assist in daily leasing operations and marketing strategy implementation, with proactive tenant management to achieve high occupancy and good yields.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience in related.
• Welcoming Fresh Graduates

Responsibilities

• Execute Leasing operations for commercial/residential spaces to increase/maintain occupancy rate.
• Identify, communicate and negotiate efficiently with tenants and prospect
• Process leasing documentations, reports and tenant correspondences
• Assist in managing the daily operations of the leasing department
• Assist in driving marketing strategies, formulate and implement marketing and leasing plans
• To manage tenants in a proactive manner to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields
• Able to develop a feasibility studies on market trend (marketing & leasing point of view)
• Perform any other functions as directed by the superior from time to time
