Job summary

Fuku in Kuala Lumpur is recruiting a Commercial Leasing Manager to lead Grade A leasing for a premier KLCC asset. You will drive occupancy and rents while mentoring a leasing team and shaping the department for future growth.

You will manage agency partners, oversee end-to-end leasing, and present quarterly performance slides to regional headquarters. A degree in Real Estate or Marketing and 3–5 years of Grade A leasing experience are required; a 5-day week is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Grade A office leasing experience.
• Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or Marketing.
• Strong track record collaborating with international property agencies.
• Methodical, autonomous work style aimed at targets.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end leasing operations for a 300,000 sq ft building.
• Drive revenue and occupancy for a flagship KLCC asset.
• Oversee agency partners and digital tenant operations.
• Present quarterly board performance slides to regional HQ.
• Launch a health studio and lead top property agencies.
