Job summary

Fuku in Kuala Lumpur is recruiting a Commercial Leasing Manager to lead Grade A leasing for a premier KLCC asset. You will drive occupancy and rents while mentoring a leasing team and shaping the department for future growth.

You will manage agency partners, oversee end-to-end leasing, and present quarterly performance slides to regional headquarters. A degree in Real Estate or Marketing and 3–5 years of Grade A leasing experience are required; a 5-day week is offered.
