The role emphasizes coaching, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement within a multinational manufacturing environment in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 0–2 years HR experience, preferably within a multinational corporation or manufacturing environment.
• Foundational knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and HR processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across organizational levels.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership: support workforce plans and talent strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Talent management & development: support performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Employee relations & experience: provide first-level HR consultation and address employee concerns.
• HR operations & compliance: ensure policy compliance and collaborate with COEs for seamless experiences.
• Change & organizational effectiveness: support change initiatives and drive process improvements.
