Job summary

Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a hands-on Lean Coach to drive continuous improvement across value streams. You will mentor plant teams, align Lean principles with business goals, and sustain a Lean culture through coaching and training.

This role focuses on Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and certification program support, while collaborating with plant leaders to deliver measurable performance gains and safer, more efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Understand and practice the Lean principles, methodologies and tools.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Be expert in lean tools and processes to coordinate and share knowledge on a regional and global scale.

Responsibilities

• Value Stream Alignment with Lean Vision and Strategy: coach on Lean principles, tools and methodologies.
• Build Lean Production System and Lean Culture, mentor operators across multiple projects.
• System Measurement and Feedback: collect feedback and drive action to improve Lean Index scores.
• Ensure Program and Cultural Sustainability: mentor leaders to facilitate Kaizen events and sustain Lean practices.
