Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Lean transformation professional to drive value stream improvements and develop cross-functional collaboration across sites. You will coach teams, lead Kaizen events, and embed Lean practices to reduce throughput time and improve efficiency.

You will also mentor lean leaders, align with the Lean culture, and work with finance to capture project impacts within Jabil’s business processes. This role emphasizes coaching and continuous improvement across global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze financial impact of improvement projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated across teams.
• Consistent track record of self-driven skill development and learning.
• Experience writing routine reports and presenting to groups.
• Gen knowledge of Lean Manufacturing fundamentals and principles.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Jabil software packages.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Proficiency with Lean tools and cross-regional knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Lead value stream alignment with Lean vision and strategy.
• Coach teams in Kaizen events, Blitzes, and Lean projects across value streams.
• Develop a network for sharing best practices and using eKaizen.
• Ensure sustainability and governance of Lean programs with strong safety culture.
