Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve escalated software/application incidents at Level 3.
• Analyze root causes and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver timely fixes and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Document troubleshooting processes and technical solutions clearly.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical incident response as needed.
