Job summary

Luxoft Malaysia, a specialist bank technology partner, seeks an experienced L3 production support professional to oversee compliance technology applications. You will coordinate incident management, RCA, and drive improvements in monitoring and automation.

You will work with Linux environments, Java development, and DevOps tools like Bitbucket and Jenkins to ensure high-availability production services for the bank’s regional platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in L3 production support roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Experience in system integration/interfacing design and delivery.
• Experience working in a Linux environment.
• Proficient in scripting (Unix shell, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Development experience in Java.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software development and support for Compliance Technology domain applications.
• Ensure quality assurance of team delivery per bank methodologies and tools.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance for complex technical problems.
• Drive root cause analysis and long-term fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate incident & problem management across teams and vendors.
