Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior L3 Support Developer to provide Level 3 production support for Core Banking applications in the Investment & Wealth domain. The role focuses on rapid incident resolution, RCA and applying permanent fixes.

You will coordinate with L1/L2 teams and business stakeholders, develop and deploy fixes, monitor performance, and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure high availability and stability of critical banking systems.

• Windows & Open Systems environment knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for Investment & Wealth applications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and functional production issues.
• Perform RCA and implement permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams and business stakeholders.
• Develop and deploy bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
• Maintain incident, solution, and system-change documentation.
• Handle database troubleshooting and optimization using MS-SQL.
