Job summary

AirAsia is seeking a Senior Executive, Jira Technical Specialist to own the Atlassian stack, delivering end-to-end Jira and Confluence projects. You will manage CMDB schemas, automate CI discovery via REST APIs, and ensure strict SLA adherence while coaching teams toward faster, more reliable collaboration.

You will lead L2/L3 support, build custom scripts, and integrate JSM with third-party tools. A strong ITIL/Atlassian background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 4–6 years Atlassian administration and project delivery.
• Experience with JSM/CMDB schemas and REST integrations.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Jira/Confluence implementations and migrations.
• Design and maintain CMDB schemas and automation.
• Provide L2/L3 support and incident resolution.
• Integrate Jira with external tools via REST/Webhooks.
