Job summary

AirAsia is seeking an Enterprise Application Platforms & Automation Lead to provide technical leadership and ownership of enterprise platforms across ITSM, asset management, monitoring, observability and automation. You will lead a team of application specialists and drive platform implementation, integration and automation to enable scalable, well-governed solutions across IT and business teams.

Qualifications

Experience in owning enterprise application platforms (ITSM, asset management, monitoring, observability, automation).
Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams for platform initiatives.
Strong fundamentals in integration, API technologies and automation to scale platforms.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the overall technical direction of enterprise application platforms including ITSM, workflow, asset management/CMDB, monitoring, observability and automation.
Lead and develop a team of application/platform specialists with guidance, reviews and escalation support.
Drive end-to-end platform implementation from requirements to deployment and handover.
Build integrations between enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
Champion automation to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, integrations, APIs, databases and infrastructure.
Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
Drive platform governance, standardisation and knowledge sharing.
