• Knowledge in Cloud Computing, DevOps and Agile methodologies beside software development lifecycle related processes.
• Fluent in both speaking and writing English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Atlassian-related projects within the agreed KPIs.
• Execute tasks within the agreed timeframe with minimal supervision.
• Ensure timely closure of CI/CD tickets with minimal escalations.
• Propose process improvements and automation ideas.
• Create and update technical documentation/knowledge base.
• Identify system issues and implement solutions in the system.
