AirAsia X, based at RedQ in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Executive, Jira Technical Specialist to own and optimize our Jira ecosystem on-site. You will blend hands-on project delivery with day-to-day L2/L3 support to ensure smooth deployments and integrations.

Design workflows, automate business logic, and drive end-to-end Jira implementations. Collaborate with ICT to boost efficiency and user adoption while maintaining system reliability.
