Jora Malaysia is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead a critical digital transformation project, replacing an existing vendor‑developed client self‐service front‑end with a new internal solution. You will own the project end‑to‑end, coordinating technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors and senior management.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of experience in IT project management or technology delivery.
• Strong experience managing web and mobile front-end projects from initiation through production launch.
• Proven delivery of customer-facing digital platforms, portals or online services.
• Experience in banking/financial services is highly preferred.
• Hands-on, end-to-end ownership mindset with proactive risk and issue management.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership from initiation through go-live and stabilisation.
• Act as the face of the project to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional teams across technology, business, QA and vendors.
• Lead production readiness, cutover planning and a seamless Day-1 go-live.
