Qualifications

• 12+ years hands-on experience in an IT infrastructure environment
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in enterprise technology strategy in ICT, distribution, or systems integration
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and IT infrastructure
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the IT team and cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Define and implement the IT vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Partner with business leaders to digitize operations, enhance customer experience and improve service delivery
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT operations to ensure resilience and efficiency
