Job summary

Xcon Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with clients, and taking ownership of IT environments. You will manage and support multiple corporate clients, delivering professional IT support on-site and remotely.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT infrastructure or managed services experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Experience with VMware/Hyper-V, NAS, and cloud solutions is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support multiple assigned corporate clients.

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Network, Firewall, NAS and WiFi solutions.
• Perform hardware, software and network troubleshooting.

• Prepare technical documentation and implementation reports.
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering professional IT support.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure excellent service delivery.
