Qualifications

• 5+ years of ITSM, focusing on APM and/or service governance.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and enterprise IT workflows.
• Experience managing application portfolios, service governance, or asset lifecycles.
• Exposure to automation, analytics, or AI-driven process improvements (Power BI, scripting).

Responsibilities

• Govern the APM platform in ServiceNow and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Maintain inventory of applications, services, and offerings with accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of applications.
• Drive periodic reviews of mappings to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
• Act as governance approver for requests and ensure standards.
• Promote AI-ready data foundations and cross-functional alignment with enterprise AI strategy.
