Job summary

AMD is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to drive end-to-end governance of applications and IT services at our Penang campus. You will own application portfolio governance, service management workflows and AI-enabled improvements.

The role requires strong data quality, lifecycle governance and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align with AMD’s enterprise AI strategy. Located in Penang, Malaysia, this on-site role calls for 5+ years in ITSM with a focus on APM/Service Governance, plus

Qualifications

5+ years of ITSM experience focused on Application Portfolio Management and/or Service Governance.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and enterprise IT workflows.
Experience with application portfolios, service governance or asset lifecycle processes.
Exposure to automation, analytics or AI-driven improvements (Power BI, scripting, AI tools).
Excellent analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Govern end-to-end governance of business applications and IT services.
Maintain inventory of applications, services and service offerings with accuracy and compliance.
Oversee lifecycle management: onboarding, updates, ownership changes and decommissioning.
Drive data integrity, audit readiness and correct relationships through periodic reviews.
Collaborate with IT Owners to determine structure and ownership alignment.
Identify AI-enabled improvements and promote data-driven decision making.
