Job summary

Zetrix AI Berhad in Melaka is hiring an Information Technology Specialist to support and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role focuses on monitoring networks, installing hardware and software, and ensuring systems are secure, stable, and up to date.

You will diagnose issues, respond to service requests, and collaborate with teams to implement IT policies and procedures for continuous improvement. Proactive backups and security adherence are required.

Qualifications

• Strong IT fundamentals including OS, hardware and enterprise apps.
• Experience configuring, monitoring and maintaining LAN/WAN environments.
• Knowledge of network security controls and data protection practices.
• Troubleshooting across network, system and user environments.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication with users.
• Eligible academic background; professional certifications (e.g., CCNA) are an advantage.
