Job summary

SH COGENT LOGISTICS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage change requests, maintain IT infrastructure and provide first-line support. The role requires strong troubleshooting, English and Mandarin communication, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

You will collaborate across internal and external teams to ensure security, data integrity, and smooth operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of related experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with hardware and software maintenance.
Fluent in English and Mandarin for client liaison.

Responsibilities

Manage change requests from scope definition through implementation with cross-functional teams.
Maintain IT infrastructure (laptops, monitors, equipment).
Assist with installation, configuration and testing of hardware and software.
Ensure systems and networks are protected against threats.
Provide first-line user support for application-related requests.
Understand database structures and perform queries/extractions as needed.
Access databases to support operations with necessary actions.
Meet project milestones and budgets; monitor progress.
Coordinate to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Ensure performance, availability and scalability of applications.
Propose IT solutions aligned to business objectives.
Assign tasks and ensure completion per standards.
Perform any other assigned tasks.
