Job summary

Biocon Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks an IT Network Infrastructure Support Engineer to maintain and enhance the organization's network across office, manufacturing, lab, warehouse, and IT/OT environments.

Expect responsibilities for ensuring availability, reliability, performance, and security of network services, while supporting cybersecurity, wireless infrastructure, and modernization projects. The successful candidate will join a team focused on high uptime, robust security, and seamless IT/OT

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise network infrastructure support, administration, or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco/Aruba/Ruckus wireless, firewalls, and SD-WAN.
• Experience in IT/OT network integration and cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus).
• Monitor performance, uptime, and security events for network services.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP/NAT, and firewall policies.
• Implement network security controls including ACLs, DMZ, NAC, and ZTNA.
• Support IT/OT network integration and cybersecurity compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for project delivery and support.
