Job summary

Courts Malaysia is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to maintain servers, networks, and storage, ensuring high availability and security across all locations. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with Applications and Helpdesk to streamline operations.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in IT, 2–5 years of hands-on experience, Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN, and basic SQL.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
• 2–5 years hands-on IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Windows Server operating systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Experience with LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN setup and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and grow in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain servers, network devices, and IT infrastructure components.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues for business systems.
• Assist in infrastructure projects, store openings, closures, and renovations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system checks.
• Document SOPs, user guides, and technical procedures.
• Support change management processes and logging.
• Maintain inventory and lifecycle records of assets.
• Monitor system performance and report incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with Applications and Helpdesk to streamline processes.
• Follow IT security policies and best practices.
