Job summary

• Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues.
• Knowledge of Network Security principles and best practices.
• Skills in Network Design and optimization for scalable and efficient solutions.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support LANs, WANs, and wireless networks including routers, hubs, switches, and firewalls.
• Install, configure and deploy new network infrastructure such as switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Lead projects and provide independent network-related support.
• Research network products, services, protocols and standards to stay updated.
• Willing to work after office hours if required.
• Create and maintain documentation on network configuration, mapping, processes and service records.
• Ensure SLAs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
