Great Eastern seeks a Lead IT Business Analyst to partner with business users, development managers and project managers to ensure thorough requirement analysis, planning and delivery of functional specifications and use cases, and support for UAT and system integration testing.

You will lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, elicit detailed requirements, assess complexity, define scope and timelines, produce artefacts, and drive testing and defect resolution in a fast-paced insurance

Qualifications

At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in Life Insurance.
Proven track record in leading and managing a BA team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Excellent planning, communication, negotiation and presentation abilities with insurance domain knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal direction.

Responsabilités

Lead and manage BA resources on requirement analysis, prioritization, planning and delivery of functional specifications and use cases, and support UAT and system integration testing.
Elicit detailed business requirements from users and prioritize them.
Assess complexity and derive required effort for solution delivery with technical teams.
Ensure requirements and delivery scope align with timelines.
Deliver artefacts such as functional specs, use cases, test plans and related documents.
Plan and execute functional and system integration testing, and support business UAT.
Drive defect resolution within agreed timeframes.
