Job summary

Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to work with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure the company’s processes deliver customer-friendly solutions aligned with strategy.

You will refine requirements, prioritize backlogs, support SIT/UAT, and coordinate post-production activities while applying strong analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced insurance environment in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of related work experience.
• Experience as IT Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
• Familiar with LifeAsia.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Refine requirements and prioritize backlogs.
• Clarify functionality and participate in SIT activities.
• Define requirements, processes and solution designs with IT.
• Coordinate UAT planning, testing, defect management and sign-off.
• Communicate project deliveries to stakeholders.
• Coordinate post-production implementation and incident resolution.
