Job summary

Weera Global in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior IT Executive to manage and enhance IT infrastructure, lead support operations, and implement technology solutions that support our growing business.

You will oversee daily IT operations, ensure system availability, and mentor junior staff while driving projects using Microsoft 365, Azure, and DevOps in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of IT experience.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Microsoft Azure and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations to ensure system availability and business continuity.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Implement and maintain IT infrastructure and network architecture.
• Plan and execute IT projects, system upgrades and deployments.
• Monitor system performance, security and backups.
• Implement cybersecurity practices and support compliance requirements.
• Manage vendors and external service providers.
• Mentor junior IT staff and strengthen support capabilities.
