U Mobile Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead IoT solution retail strategies, focusing on merchant solutions and partner collaboration. You will drive product performance, optimize feature backlogs, and work with internal and external teams to deliver compelling customer experiences.

The role requires 8–10+ years in product or commercial strategy within TELCO, FinTech, SaaS or POS sectors, with strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or related field.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• 8–10+ years in Product/Portfolio Management or Commercial Strategy in TELCO/FinTech/SaaS/POS.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance, growth and commercial success of merchant solutions with internal teams and partners.
• Track product performance, backlog, and coordinate improvements with vendors and internal teams.
• Analyze merchant segments (F&B, retail SMEs, multi-outlet, enterprises) for growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales/Marketing on campaigns, pricing and channel plans.
• Manage hardware distributors, software providers and connectivity partners; oversee SLAs and service quality.
