Job summary

Lazada Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced investigations professional to oversee and conduct complex investigations across Lazada's business segments, coordinating resources and presenting findings to business units and law enforcement where needed.

You will develop investigative theories, gather and evaluate evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare reports to meet regulatory requirements, while also delivering integrity education and awareness campaigns across formats.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Chinese (written and spoken) required.
• At least 5 years of investigative experience in judicial contexts.
• Strong coordination of legal resources; knowledge of criminal, civil, or corporate law.
• Experience in law enforcement, legal dept, regulator, or multinational/compliance background preferred.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and conduct complex investigations across Lazada business segments.
• Develop investigative theory and use specialized techniques to gather evidence and analyze findings.
• Conduct and instruct witness interviews; present findings to business units and law enforcement.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend process refinements.
• Prepare reports to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver integrity-related education and awareness campaigns across formats.
