Qualifications

• Diploma or higher degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Excellent English and local language communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze complex fraud situations and patterns to mitigate risks.
• Document investigations comprehensively with high confidentiality.
• Train and mentor new agents and develop upskilling materials.
• Analyze fraud patterns, build/update models to counter evolving vectors.
• Provide practical solutions to mitigate fraudulent activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to report trends and system gaps for improvements.
• Perform other duties to support the Quality Management System.
