Job summary

Lazada Malaysia is seeking an experienced investigations professional to oversee complex cross‑segment inquiries, coordinate with internal teams and external authorities, and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Chinese (speaking and writing).
• Minimum 5 years in investigations with complexity.
• Professional certifications like CFE, CIA or CPA preferable.
• Knowledge of criminal, civil, or corporate law and regulatory landscape.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; handle multiple projects.
• Ability to work with law enforcement and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and conduct complex investigations across Lazada segments using multiple resources.
• Develop investigative theory and gather evidence for analysis and findings.
• Interview witnesses and present findings to business units and law enforcement.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend process refinements.
• Prepare reports to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver integrity training and awareness campaigns.
