Responsibilities

• Plan and implement awarded projects.

• Set tasks and required resources for timeline completions.
• Collaborate and manage project team.
• Manage actual vs project budget.
• Plan and allocate resources such as manpower, materials and machineries.
• Create a project planning schedule and timeline.
• Support and train construction team.
• Lead quality assurance and close up all quality discrepancies.
• Report on project status to management and progress, and solve problems.
