Transnational Insurance Brokers (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Executive to maintain and develop profitable relationships with clients and insurance companies in Malaysia.

The role involves reviewing client files, identifying required cover, and ensuring policy adequacy, while coordinating with managers on responses. The position requires proactive follow-up with insurers, accurate quotations and billing, and diligent premium collection with CBC awareness.

Qualifications

• Review client files and assess scope of cover.
• Respond to routine inquiries and draft responses for senior staff.
• Follow up with insurers on policy documents and amendments.
• Ensure quotations, memorandum of insurance and billings are correct.
• Follow up with clients on premium collection.
• Inform clients about CBC (cash-before-cover) requirements and premium deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
• Develop new business from existing and potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Review client files regularly, analyse and identify scope of cover required and check adequacy of existing cover
• Independently respond to routine inquiries and correspondence and prepare appropriate draft responses for Assistant Broking Manager and Broking Manager
• Follow-up with insurers on policy documents, check policy, notify insurer of any discrepancies, and follow up on their amendment
• Ensure that quotations, memorandum of insurance and billings are correct and complete
• Follow up with clients on premium collection
• Make clients aware of the premium warranty due date and the cash-before-cover (CBC) regulations
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures, insurance regulatory requirements at all times
• Develop new business from existing and potential clients
