Job summary

Sinoasia Group seeks a dynamic Broking Executive to join our Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur office, blending brokerage operations with client support and marketing activities. You will assist clients, prepare proposals, and coordinate with senior brokers and underwriters to translate market needs into campaigns.

Ideal candidates hold relevant qualifications in insurance or related fields, with proficiency in CRM and MS Office, strong communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification or certification in insurance, Business Studies, Actuarial, brokerage, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian insurance market and regulatory environment.
• Bachelor's degree in insurance, Business, Marketing, Actuarial Science, Finance or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance or related industry (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to existing clients, responding to queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our brokerage services.
• Collaborate with senior brokers and underwriters to understand market needs and translate these into effective marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update client databases and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Assist in the preparation of quotes, proposals, and documentation required for brokerage transactions.
• Contribute to the organisation and execution of industry events, seminars, and networking activities.
• Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
