Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of sales experience in analytical chemistry, life science, or material science.
• Experience acquiring new customers and managing commercial relationships.
• Experience coordinating tender preparation and submission processes.
• Strong ability to gather and communicate market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and expand DKSH's presence in scientific instrumentation.
• Acquire new customers and generate leads through targeted prospecting and engagement.
• Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure revenue retention.
• Develop new business by sourcing accounts and identifying incremental opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle from orders to payment collection.
• Coordinate tenders and ensure accurate, timely submissions.
• Monitor competitor activity and support market positioning strategies.
• Organize seminars and technical workshops to deepen client relationships.
• Collaborate with team on group projects and market communications.
• Handle administrative and coordination tasks as required.
