Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English and Malay (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Set up and validate injection molding processes for new and existing products.
• Perform IQ/OQ/PQ validations and ensure FDA/ISO 13485 compliance.
• Provide hands‑on technical support for production and troubleshoot equipment, material, and process issues.
• Monitor molding operations and implement corrective actions to maintain performance.
• Collaborate with production to resolve non‑conformances and improve reliability.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Apply SPC and Six Sigma principles to optimize parameters.
• Train and mentor operators on molding best practices.
• Coordinate with tooling engineers to address mold performance issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and improve cycle times.
