Medtronic Malaysia Operations is seeking a Senior Molding Engineer to establish robust injection molding processes and deliver ongoing technical support for high-quality production. Qualifikationen

• Proficient English and Malay communication both written and spoken.
• Bachelor level engineering degree with 7+ years in manufacturing/engineering.
• Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods (2–6 months) as required.

Aufgaben

• Set up and validate injection molding processes for products, optimizing cycle times and quality.
• Perform IQ/OQ/PQ validations and ensure FDA and ISO 13485 compliance.
• Provide hands-on technical support to sustain continuous production and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor molding operations and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve non-conformances and document procedures.
• Train production staff on molding practices and process standards.
