Job summary

TRIIIO Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Senior Technical Engineer to serve as the senior technical authority and domain owner for enterprise compute, virtualization, and storage platforms. You will lead infrastructure projects from design through go-live and set operational standards.

In this role you will act as the highest level of technical escalation for major platform incidents, own end-to-end platform lifecycle management, and drive disaster recovery, cloud modernisation, and robust

Qualifications

5–8 years of hands-on enterprise systems, virtualization, and storage engineering experience.
Active professional-level certifications (e.g., VMware VCP-DCV, Azure Administrator, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Nutanix NCP).
Deep expertise in hypervisor administration, host upgrades, and performance tuning.
Experience provisioning SAN/NAS, DR testing, and RPO/RTO metrics.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise server infrastructure and virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper‑V, Nutanix AHV).
Lead infrastructure projects from design through go-live and establish operational standards.
Act as senior L2/L3 escalation authority for major platform incidents and perform RCA.
Produce and review HLD/LLD documents, build guides, and MOPs.
