Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Engineer (Systems & Storage) to lead design, implementation, and lifecycle management of server, virtualization, storage, backup and cloud compute platforms.

The role oversees architecture and serves as the senior technical authority for compute and data platform decisions within the Technical Delivery team. The candidate will own cloud compute and storage domains, co-own the DR program, and set technical standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in enterprise systems, virtualization, and storage engineering.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle projects and DR testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
• VMware VCP-DCV and Azure/Microsoft Windows Server certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V/Nutanix AHV).
• Administer Windows Server, Linux, AD, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Plan and execute backup, DR, and RPO/RTO objectives.
• Lead cloud migrations (AWS/Azure) and cross-region resilience.
• Develop and maintain design/ops documentation (HLD/LLD, SOPs).
