Job summary

WAGO Electronic Pte Ltd in Penang is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive daily sales activities and project follow-ups. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating new customer accounts while supporting CRM reporting and market trend feedback.

Requirements include a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 2–3 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in automation sectors. A valid driving license and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must be Malaysian.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years' experience in industrial sales.
• Experience in process, factory and building automation is a plus.
• Strong initiative and self-motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Report to branch manager on daily sales activities, project follow-ups, and all related reporting.
• Generate weekly activities plan and CRM sales report.
• To prospect and qualify leads and opportunities.
• Monitor and feedback market trends.
• Provide pre and after sales support.
• Facilitate seminars, workshops, roadshows and exhibitions.
• Conduct product presentation based on client application / needs.
• Generate new customer accounts.
