Job summary

bp in Malaysia is seeking a senior procurement professional to shape and deliver the global indirect sourcing strategy across digital, marketing, logistics, workplace, and MRO categories. You will lead end-to-end sourcing projects, drive value, and strengthen governance with cross-functional teams.

This role requires 8–10 years of end-to-end sourcing experience, strong negotiation and leadership, and fluency in English and Hindi for regional engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in procurement or related field.
• 8–10 years end-to-end sourcing and contracting experience across multiple partners.
• Experience in lubricants industry is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage high-volume project requests via Case Management tool, prioritising by value and risk.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned to global operations and governance.
• Lead tendering processes (RFI/RFP/Reverse Auctions) and detailed negotiations to optimise total cost of ownership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver sourcing projects across diverse markets.
• Ensure contracts are prepared, reviewed, and signed by the appropriate authorities.
• Operationalize contracts in company systems for monitoring and value realization.
