Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device industry.
• Experience monitoring supplier information and PO processes.
• Familiarity with SAP S4/ERP and Ariba platforms.
• Ability to reconcile invoices and ensure policy compliance.
• SOX compliance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage supplier information and performance.
• Create/Distribute POs, reconcile orders, research and resolve order exceptions using SAP S4/ERP and Ariba.
• Validate urgent down-tool requests; coordinate supplier follow-up; resolve price/ETA changes.
• Download, validate, and reconcile blocked invoices for completeness and accuracy.
• Raise and manage resolution or escalation tickets; approve/reject invoices; complete SOX files.
• Support rapid prototyping; hands-on prototype assembly; machine shop experience desirable.
• Notify internal stakeholders of supplier service issues and late deliveries.
